Spun the crank after swapping this in and honestly the drag is noticeably lower than my old one. The seals keep grit out on wet gravel days, and it's been smooth for 300km now.

Installed this bottom bracket last week and the difference is noticeable — the seals have almost no drag but still keep the grit out on wet rides. Low viscosity grease seems to make the whole thing run smoother than my old one ever did.

Swapped this in and the bearings spin noticeably smoother than the old ones, that low-drag seal setup seems to actually work. Only gripe is the grease felt a bit sparse out of the box, so I repacked it before install, but solid otherwise.
