Bought this to mount on my workbench and the adjustment is smooth enough to tweak one-handed while I'm holding a piece in place. The aluminum body feels solid without being heavy, and the rubber grip keeps my fingers from slipping when my hands are oily.

The rubber coating on the aluminum body makes it way easier to grip than my old smooth one, especially with sweaty hands. Dropped it into a housing section and it's been adjusting smoothly ever since.

Mounted this in the housing on my setup and the on-the-fly adjustment is exactly what I needed. The aluminum body feels solid but the rubber coating keeps it from slipping in my hand.
