Snapped my cage on a rock strike and this had me shifting again the same afternoon. The two T25 pulley bolts included were a nice touch since I'd mangled one of the originals getting it off.
The replacement cage bolted right up to the derailleur and shifted clean through every gear on the first ride. Nice that they include the two T25 pulley bolts too, so I didn't have to dig through my parts bin.
